WHAT DO WE DO?
ValueXpress provides commercial real estate loans secured by existing multi-family, manufactured housing communities, shopping centers, office buildings, industrial facilities, self-storage properties, senior housing and hotels. The properties can be leased or owner-occupied. The properties can be stabilized or in transition. ValueXpress loan programs include non-recourse and recourse commercial loans from $1 million to $100 million. Core products offered by ValueXpress include CMBS conduit loans, bridge loans, multifamily loans through Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and community bank loans through its nationwide affiliations. In addition, ValueXpress maintains an SBA 7(a) and 504 loan platform for owner-occupied loans.
OUR VALUE PROPOSITION
ValueXpress is a service-oriented firm staffed with associates who are highly skilled in the underwriting and closing of CMBS conduit loans, bridge loans, multifamily loans through Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, community bank loans, and SBA loans. CMBS conduit loans, bridge loans and SBA loans are inherently more complex and cumbersome for borrowers, and therefore, ValueXpress employs individuals who are expert in each part of the loan process. ValueXpress experts include loan originators who are intimately familiar with the loan products offered by ValueXpress, underwriters skilled in the underwriting of complex properties, often with poor information, and closing staff who can answer all the questions regarding the legal complexities of each loan product.

OUR PARTNERSHIPS
ValueXpress strongly encourages loan submissions directly from borrowers and all intermediaries, including mortgage brokers, commercial bankers, accountants, attorneys and financial advisors. ValueXpress does not require a registration process for intermediaries. ValueXpress will protect intermediaries from any loan fees due. In general, loan fees are invoiced by the intermediary at closing and paid via wire by the closing title company.
