ValueXpress provides commercial real estate loans secured by existing multi-family, manufactured housing communities, anchored and unanchored shopping centers, office buildings, industrial facilities, self-storage properties, senior housing (senior apartments, congregate care and assisted living) hotels, restaurants and special purpose properties. ValueXpress will also finance owner-occupied and single tenant properties. ValueXpress loan programs include non-recourse and recourse commercial loans in amounts from $500,000 to $100 million. ValueXpress does not generally provide construction or rehabilitation loans.
ValueXpress is a service-oriented firm staffed with associates that are highly skilled in the underwriting and closing of non-recourse conduit loans, recourse commercial loans and SBA loans. Conduit and SBA loans are inherently more complex and cumbersome for borrowers versus traditional financing and therefore ValueXpress has hired individuals that are experts in each part of the loan process, including originators that are intimately familiar with the loan products offered by ValueXpress, underwriters skilled in the underwriting of complex properties, often with poor information, and closing staff that can answer all the questions regarding the legal complexities of conduit, recourse and SBA commercial loans and get loans closed.
