]]> In March 2019, we updated our outdated and not-very-functional website. The new ValueXpress website provides a “learning center” where clients can read more about the types of commercial real estate loans we offer and see which loan product is the right fit for them. The new website allows clients to download loan application forms and checklists, making it even easier for borrowers and their advisors to apply for a commercial real estate loan. Our homepage shows real-time loan indexes, which means borrowers can calculate the expected interest rate for their loan. A loan rate sheet is posted weekly to show current interest rates for CMBS conduit loans.

One of the items the web designer suggested for the ValueXpress website was a Google review button. I scratched my head, thinking it would be a waste of time given our industry. Borrowers don’t select a lender based on Google reviews. … Right? … WRONG! We work hard, and since the Google review button was installed on our website, ValueXpress has collected 33 5-Star Google reviews. Many new clients have said, “The commercial lending industry is filled with a lot of characters promising things that are not delivered after a lot of time and expense. I went with ValueXpress because, based on the reviews, I became comfortable that you could get it done, and you did.”
